Depends on so much: the climate, where I’d be going, if I have extra time, if this is a vacation or an errand run, and so on. In general, I don’t like to get wet, but if the water is nice and I’m just heading back to my own sailboat, house boat, or something similar, I’d jump and swim. If it’s important to stay dry and I had plenty of time, I’d wait. :)
I don’t like getting wet either, Liesbet, yet I enjoy a walk in the rain. It seems to freshen me up, especially on a hot day.
Looks like a lovely vacation spot! :) I don’t like getting wet, except in the shower, so I’d wait for the boat.
My WW this week. Concert pics! https://thedogladysden.com/my-date-with-nickelback/
I’m with you on waiting, Debbie. I do enjoy a walk in the rain, though.
I’d find a waterfront cafe and just enjoy the view with a coffee
That sounds jolly nice, Brenda. I’d join you.
I would be waiting. Lovely and serene scene, Hugh.
Thank you.
You’re welcome, Hugh.
That’s a beautiful view ….years since I have visited there though 💜
It’s a beautiful place, Willow. Sadly, I hear that many of the shops on the high street have had to close for good. A sign of the times.
Ah, that look so peaceful. A place to forget the world for a moment.
Yes, it truly is an excellent place for doing just that.
its hard times Hugh 💜
I love Dartmouth! However, I would wait; I’m not a confident swimmer 😉
It’s a beautiful place to visit. I’ve stayed there quite a few times over the last few years.
I’d swim, Hugh! I think I’m part dolphin! LOL Cher xoxoxo
That sounds very intriguing, Cher.
Thank you, Hugh! I wonder what kind of adventures I could have! Cher xoxoxo
You know me = if it was anything but winter, I’d swim! Although I have to admit, 50 degrees is about the coldest I’ve tried.
I think it’s just over that temperature at that time of the year.
And I’m off!
OH, I’d definately just walk away. That looks cold and I don’t like waiting on other people. LOL!
Nice view though.
Thanks, glad you like the view. It was inspiring for me.
That’s quite a serene view, Hugh! I’d wait for it now, but my younger, impatient self might have swam to it, or shouted at someone to bring it. Where is this? It looks beautiful there.
There didn’t seem to be anybody about, so you’d have to wait for someone, but at least the weather was good for waiting around, Terri.
The photo was taken in the town of Dartmouth on the south coast of the UK.
Depending on what I have planned for the day. I do not mind swimming, weather and depending on the temperature of the water and the distance. Great shot.

My WW for this week: Eagle Chicks and Surroundings
Thank you. The photo was taken during the summer, so the water would have been lukewarm.
OK then I will do the swim
I would go out in another boat and use a rope to pull it back in. I don’t want to depend on or ask others if I can do it myself.
That’s a great answer. I’m not good in boats alone, so I’d still wait for someone to bring the boat to me.

Wait! There might be sharks!
10 years ago, I’d have said no chance! But now, what with climate change…
I’d be waiting )
Yes, I’d be waiting with you, Beth.
