An Interesting View #WordlessWednesday #Photography

Wordless Wednesday – No words, just pictures. Allow your photo(s) to tell the story.

Photo of a gap between two buildings that leads to the sea where an empty boat is about 50 metres out to sea. In the distance is a hill with a small town.
Would you swim to the boat or wait an hour for somebody to bring it?

  1. Depends on so much: the climate, where I’d be going, if I have extra time, if this is a vacation or an errand run, and so on. In general, I don’t like to get wet, but if the water is nice and I’m just heading back to my own sailboat, house boat, or something similar, I’d jump and swim. If it’s important to stay dry and I had plenty of time, I’d wait. :)

  2. That’s quite a serene view, Hugh! I’d wait for it now, but my younger, impatient self might have swam to it, or shouted at someone to bring it. Where is this? It looks beautiful there.

    1. There didn’t seem to be anybody about, so you’d have to wait for someone, but at least the weather was good for waiting around, Terri.
The photo was taken in the town of Dartmouth on the south coast of the UK.

  3. I would go out in another boat and use a rope to pull it back in. I don’t want to depend on or ask others if I can do it myself.
