    1. Nighttime photography can be fascinating. The photos often reveal stuff you didn’t see when taking the photo.

      I was younger when I turned into an early bird. Ever since I hit my 30s, my sleep became far more important.

    1. The building in the photo is a small hotel. Most of the windows were public areas with the guest room around the other sides of the building.

      Likewise, I’m an early bird, but have been since the age of 32.

    1. Same here, although in my younger days I could party all night and still be at work the following morning. Now I’m in bed by the time a lot of the young people start their nights out.

  1. I like the photo – it could be very early morning or very late at night. I am not a particularly nocturnal creature – more prone to be walking or swimming at 7 AM.

    1. It was taken at about 10pm one September evening a couple of years ago.
      I’m like you and very much an early bird. I like to make the most of the day rather than the night.
