I take selfies for my profile images. If I don’t like the way they turn out, I use Picmonkey for touchups. Love that photo, Hugh, and I think you need more practice. LOL
I think I do, Eugi. Although I rather like this photo. It’s my best selfie yet.
If you like it, that’s what matters! LOL
Lol could it be Geoff ?
Not a fan of selfies (mine or others) and it looks like that rock isn’t very pleased with having its picture taken either.
A rock? You see a rock?
Very cute, Hugh. Very cute! :) I’m not a fan of selfies, but it’s often the only time we can take a portrait of the two of us in a cool location. I do like your selfie, though.
Thank you, Liesbet. It was taken on one of my better days. Some of the other comments made me think there was something strange about my face, but your comment has reassured me.
I’m terrible with selfies. I’m not keen. My daughter does them so well.
Likewise, I’m not good at selfies, but this is my best so far, Esther. More practice, I think.
What a likeness…not! Funny, though, Hugh. When I attempt selfies, I always look cross-eyed 😵💫 Happy Wednesday!
There must be an art to selfie-taking, Terri. I only wish I knew somebody who could teach me how to take good selfies.
Ask anyone under 40 😆
I hate taking selfies and only have a couple. One taken of me and my late husband in a mirror and one of me in a mirror. Now I don’t want anymore photos of me one way or another, I like your selfie and must comment It has been a rough week, right? I hope you’ll enjoy the coming weekend,
This week has been rough, weather-wise, but I think it’s a case of more moisturising for me. I’m not keen on having my photo taken, but I wanted to test out the new camera. I think I need a lot more practice.
Thid rock guy dose not look keen to have his photo taken 😂😂😂
Don’t you hate photobombers, Willow? I’ve no idea who that guy is.
Great shot Hugh, but that does not look like you at all, you will have to keep practicing your selfie shots. To answer your question, no selfies or for that matter any pictures on my, only under duress
I prefer to take shots of as these Fall Back
Come and share your ‘selfie’ shot at ES #WW 54
Yes, these selfies take a lot of working out, especially finding the best angles, Esme.
Not a fan of selfies, but my daughter is the selfie queen!
How many does she take a day?
Did you like my selfie?
No, she doesn’t take selfies every day, but when we all get together she does group selfies. Your selfie?? Well, it’s a little worse for wear. :)
Oh, no, I guess I need to moisturise more in the mornings and evenings.
I have seldom taken a selfie – but if so, with my husband, never just me. I chortled at YOUR selfie! :) :)
Did you like it? Somebody said it looked like I had rubbed too much face scrub onto my face. I think I may have to try another brand.
It just looked like you were pumice-sing yourself!
Lol. Love the photo Hugh. And no, no selfies for me. I’m not even keen on getting my photo taken. I’d rather be in the background
Likewise, Brenda. I hate having my photo taken and will do all I can to blend into the background. Fortunately, whoever is taking the picture doesn’t always notice that I’m not there.
I love selfies, but they’re pretty pointless these days since I usually took them mostly for instagram or my former blog. On Instagram, about 3 people care about what I share and the current blog is anonymous so why would I show pictures of myself on there? 😝
I joined Instagram a few weeks ago and have found it quite good. I’ve gained about 50 followers, and it’s excellent engaging with them, although most of them already follow my blog.
That makes me happy to hear!
That is very funny. In answer to your question, no I don’t like taking selfies. I usually end up looking similar to your photo.
Lol. Same here, Darlene. My selfies never turn out like I think they should.
