      1. Oh, so do I! Depending on the weather, I know when and where rainbows can become visible around my house. Then I run and check… mostly I am successful!

  1. That’s a pretty rainbow, Hugh. I enjoy seascapes, bright stars at night in the desert, and about everything astonishing from the natural world, especially waterfalls and snowy mountain tops (from afar). :)

    1. Thank you, Liesbet. If you look closely, it’s a double rainbow, something I don’t see very often.
I like everything you mentioned in your comment, especially a starry sky.

  2. What a spectacular image you captured here, Hugh! The storm, the rainbow (double) and a bit of blue sky all framing the ocean, well–just glorious! The city shining in the distance–all shows our Earth and its vastness. Nicely done!

    1. Thank you, Terri. The city in the distance is Swansea. We live about 2 miles outside of the city. Swansea Bay is a spectacular place, even during the winter months. The sunrises are magical, as are the nights when the moon rises over the bay. Planet Earth at it’s best.

      1. Oh, I did not notice that 😂, but I’m so busy today with my internship 😝.

Cool to see a double rainbow in December then 😊
