Never been a fan of champagne or wine. I’m just a Beer guy. Happy 10th year!
Thank you. Cheers.
Congratulations on your blogging milestone, Hugh! I am a red wine fan and may have a glass of champagne every now and then.
Thank you, Eugi. I’m more of a lover of red wine. I never drink champagne before a meal. But a glass of red wine? Yes.
We’re on the same page, Hugh.🍷
Cheers! I love the twinkles, but not the taste. Luckily, there is plenty of wine around where we are currently traveling. :)
Good to hear about all that available wine, Liesbet. I’m also more of a wine drinker than champagne drinker. The bubbles seem to make me feel very full, so no champagne for me before a meal.
Happy decade long blogiversary Hugh! I am retiring on Good Friday and excited about that! Here is my post about sunrises including a video from a nice British band you likely heard of.
How exciting to be retiring, Linda. I remember what a fabulous day my retirement day was. And life got much better after that day. I wish you a happy, healthy and fun retirement.
Thank you Hugh! I am excited to have more time to enjoy myself on walks at nature venues and photography and especially having time to read, something that I rarely get to do anymore between work/walking/blogging.
Although I’m not a huge fan of champagne, I do love how it sparkles in the glass and tickles my nose. Cheers to you, Hugh!
Thank you. The ‘tickling the nose’ bit is always a highlight for me, too.
Cheers, Hugh!!
Thank you.
You are welcome🥂
Where’s the party?
There’s always a party here, Brenda.

Cheers!!!
Hi Hugh this is a fabulous photo, the light from the window, the reflection in the mirror, the colour and bubbles in the champagne….. It’s beautiful! 💜💜
I’m glad you like it, Willow. I enjoy taking photos from different angles.
its really beautiful 💜💜💜
You’re celebrating 10 years of blogging, Hugh? Congratulations! Champagne, prosecco. cava…all good. 🎉 🥂🍾 Cheers from Canada! :)

Yes, I published my first post on 12th February 2014. However, it’s long been deleted as it was cluttering up my blog archives, Debbie.
On special occasions we love enjoy a glass of champagne but otherwise I prefer rose or white wine.
My entry for today being Water although not turned into wine. Please do come and visit and share your links at #19 WW.
This is a personal invite to all your readers and we would love to see those entries as well
I’m more of a red wine lover.
Great to see you using pingbacks in your comment, Esme.
I love champagne and have no problem finding a celebration to enjoy it. Hmm, a mimosa to celebrate the equinox…?
Great thought Hugh! And a cool perspective!
That’s a great excuse for a glass (or two) of champagne, Terri. I’d join you.
Cheers! 🥂
I’m not a huge fan of champaigne! I like wine though lol!
Red, white or Rosé, Carol anne? I prefer red.
My 80th birthday – but I’m still 39 in my head!
That’s good to hear. Same here, although I’m only 23 in my head.
Happy 80th birthday (when it arrives), Noelle.
You just had to one-up me!
Champagne will do nicely 😉 🥂
I agree, although, for me, not before a 3-course dinner.
Ten years of blogging… well done to you! How do I celebrate? By spreading as much joy as I can, wherever I can, whenever I can!!
That’s a lovely way to celebrate – well done to you, too.
