Mind Your Head – by Hugh W. Roberts

Michelle loved ‘Caution – Mind Your Head’, the only place where nobody had to queue.

After removing her head, she made her way to the oiling room; the place where creaks and squeaks were made obsolete.

In thirty minutes, Michelle would once again be reunited with her head, now free of any nasty viruses.

I love it. No masks, no social distancing. Just switch your head out.
Like the way you think :)

Thank you, Aimer. Maybe this is a story that will come true one day? Who knows?

Does it cater for the restoration of other body parts? When you go could you pick up a brochure and price list?

    1. Hugh W. Roberts avatar

I believe optional extras are available. However, payment is via wi-fi time. Are you willing to give up all your monthly wi-fi allowance?

Oooo now that’s a cruel bargain… maybe I’ll take a rain check for now

If only there were a download so that we could get back some of the missing files.

I’m sure it’s just a matter of time before it happens, Pete.

Hahaha, love it, Hugh! Perfect twist to the image. I need to visit there with my head after downloading and uploading loan docs all afternoon 🙄

    1. Hugh W. Roberts avatar

Sounds like you’re keeping your head busy, Terri. That’s good to hear. And it’ll always has a great outcome.

Well done, Hugh. While creepy, it could make sense. But I don’t want to try this one out. :-)

In the words of Rod Serling – “this story is set in the future; in a hundred years; maybe tomorrow.” I like that thought, Liesbet.

Great story Hugh I could do having my head sorted 💜💜💜

I know a lot of people saying the same thing, Willow. I think it’s called getting a haircut. Thank goodness I clipper my own hair.

      1. willowdot21 avatar

I have been cutting my own and I coloured it too 💜 it made me feel better 💜

  7. Erika avatar

Haha, see, it would be so easy to stay safe 🤣

    1. Hugh W. Roberts avatar

If only it was that easy. Maybe one day?

      1. Erika avatar

Who knows… lol But I hope they find a better cure!

    Cleverly done, Hugh!

    If only!
If only this could happen for real today. I bet the whole world will pay up for it.

    1. Hugh W. Roberts avatar

Yes, I’m sure it would. My fingers are crossed that there will be a vaccine soon.

What’s the address, Hugh, my squeaks need tending and my head certainly needs examining 😂😂😂

    1. Hugh W. Roberts avatar

Ah, that would be telling, Chris. I need to see them first. I’ll leave a review if they’re good. Michelle highly recommends them, though.

  13. Darlene avatar

A good one!! When I first visited England I got a kick out of the mind your head signs (and mind the gap).

    1. Hugh W. Roberts avatar

I always think of the London underground when I hear or see ‘mind the gap.’ I don’t think I’ve ever seen it being displayed anywhere else.

That was where I saw it! My daughter and I still laugh about it.
