I didn’t see Darth Vader until you mentioned it 😆
I’m glad you got to see him, though.
This is the May!
Well Hugh, I’m stumped as I’ve never seen any of the “Star Wars” movies, but it looks like a delicious treat.
Here is my Wordless Wednesday of my favorite squirrel Parker:
I can guarantee it was delicious, Linda.
I see him! May the 4th be will you!
Thank you. Happy StarWars Day, Eugi.
You’re welcome, Hugh.
I saw some yummy chocolate coated caramel and didn’t look for Darth Vader at all!
Some see him straight away. Some not at all. The chocolate didn’t last long after the photo was taken.
I can imagine!!
Yay for Star Wars Day early- and May the Forth be with you as well, Hugh. I see a “forbidden donut” as Homer Simpson would say, but Hans saw Darth immediately!
I’m glad Hans saw Darth, Terri. I wonder if it’s only Starwar fans who can see him?
I love Star Wars, I’m just not very imaginative, Hugh 😳 Hans sees something in everything 🤣
A high-five from me.
Hugh, not sure I see Vader. Still, May the 4th be with you!
Thank you. Happy Starwars Day, Robert.
What a delicious Darth Vader… lol
It was. Didn’t last long after having his photo taken.
I bet 😂
I absolutely do see him!
I’m glad you see him too.
If I squint and turn my head sideways, then stick out my tongue and clap three times, I think I can see ol’ Darth. But by the time I’ve gone through all of that I would have eaten the entire thing! May the 4th be with you, Hugh.
Believe me when I say that Darth did not last long. Chocolate-covered honeycomb is my favourite.
Happy Starwars Day to you both.
Thank you, Hugh!
Darth Vadar and his twin? The Edible Vadars?
Or maybe his newly born son/daughter? Edible is their middle name.
Absolutely, but a delicious version.
I think Darth would rather like your comment. You don’t need to fear him.
Nope, I’d just eat him up!
What a hoot! I can see a new Halloween costume idea here. (lol)
Chocolate-cover Halloween costumes could be a great idea. But they may bring out the zombie in me.
Good one – May the 4th be with you as well Hugh. Love it.
Thanks for already commenting on my post for today, but I will leave it here should anyone else wish to take a look.
Thanks, Esme. A day early for Starwars Day, but it had to be done today.
Yes I do a very cute one though 😁
I wonder how Darth Vader feels about being called cute?
Good one, Hugh! A soft version of Darth maybe? 🙂
Looks soft, but when I bit into him, quite a tooth-crusher, Liesbet.
Sort of! Not scary at all. 😂
I guess being half-covered in chocolate takes away the scary element.
Haha! Yes it does.
Spotted … but now I just want puff candy
Hooray. Darth Vader or not, chocolate-covered honeycomb is on of my favourites, Brenda.
I think we have similar sweet teeth 😬
Now you come to mention it…!
You see him, yeah? Highfive to you.
I have two sons who watched Star Wars on loop when they were young!
Is there a ‘special’ ingredient in that there candy? The kind you get from dispensaries?
Just wondering because Darth Vader is nowhere in that image. 😛
You don’t see him? Well, May the 4th be with you anyway.
Lol no. Maybe cut back on the edibles.
Also, its May 3rd today.
Yes, aware of the date, but today is Wednesday. So it had to be done today.
Lol! That’s understandable.
OK, now I want chocolate-covered saltwater taffy.
Here’s my WW: https://macsopinion.com/burton-bridge-wordless-wednesday-number-6/
I’ve heard of saltwater taffy, but it never sounded mouthwatering to me. We don’t get it here in the UK.
It’s basically the same thing you have in that picture. boiled sugar, baking soda, vanilla extract, pinch of salt.
The thought of ‘saltwater’ puts me off, but given I’ve eaten and like salted caramel, I will probably like it.
Its also called sponge toffee.
