      1. Hugh – I originally was going to entitle this post “How to Stalk a Seagull.” The more I walked behind this gull the faster he/she walked. I saw the photos and thought “he looks like he’s doing the Hokey Pokey!” I am having some fun with all these Wordless Wednesday posts. Have a wonderful holiday and blogging break Hugh!

      1. That’s interesting. Last year, the large angel from the top of our tree burned out, so I replaced her with one that I had on the small tree we decorate with our daughters’ ornaments. This year, that angel also burned out. I’ve had her since the 1980s too. In fact, she came from my mum and dad’s house, so I think she’s close to 50 years old. We disconnected the electrical wires and now she has a place of honour on top of our piano. There has been much discussion and a few laughs at our house this year about our “poor, tired, burned-out angels”. LOL

        1. I’m so sad that your angels burned out, Michelle. But I’m glad you have kept them. I love vintage Christmas decorations, although sadly don’t have some of the ones I remember from my childhood. The angels I have don’t light up, but they shall carry on decorating my Christmas tree for as long I am here for Christmas.
