Great picture, Hugh. I’m feeling a little claustrophobic looking at it. Did you walk down that passage?
I didn’t, Barbara. But I could hear the sound of waves on the otherside.
Forgot to add the link to my photo. https://luccav.me/half-price-on-everything-i-mean-everyone-wordlesswednesday-photography/
Thank you.
I couldn’t leave a comment on your post – I kept getting the following message.
‘Error: Please fill the required fields.’
I was not sure what that meant, as I’d filled in everything I could see.
It’s a new webpage and I thought the comments section had been fixed. I’ll have to get in touch with the designers.
Thank you for stopping by, Hugh.
Where does the light take you?
I didn’t find out, but I could hear the sound of waves.
Lovely 🙂
Reminds me that there is light at the end of the tunnel 🙂
Exactly.
That’s an interesting-looking tunnel Hugh. It seems it would be damp on the bricks and floor, but I don’t see any moisture. That’s a perfect title that is literally the light at the end of the tunnel. This was my Wordless Wednesday post today. I do have a Twitter account but have not linked it or my Facebook account to my blog yet.

This was very much a dry tunnel, Linda, although I took the picture near a beach. I could hear the waves on the otherside of the light.
What an idyllic setting!
Looks like a castle.
At the end of the tunnel?
That’s a great picture to meet the prompt! Very good!
Thanks, Erika. Glad you think so. It was the perfect opportunity.
It seems you always catch good opportunities with your photos 😄
This is an awesome shot of this tunnel. Love the rock formation and then the shining line beckoning you to come all the way to the end./

I never made it to the end, Esmé. It still awaits my visit.
You can do it Hugh! Go for it
I’m glad you see a light there!

This reminds me of a tunnel I recently crawled through that was pitch black, until I saw the incoming light at the end of it. It was creepy and painful for my knees. This tunnel is more attractive!
I recently did a tour of an old coal mine, so I know what you mean, Liesbet. However, this photo was not taken in the mine as we were not allowed to take anything with a fitted battery into the mine with us. Such a shame, as I’d have got some fantastic photos.
Tunnels always seem to make a great photo, Hugh! I love how the light comes in. Happy Wednesday!
I never found out what was on the otherside of the light, Terri. One day, I guess I will.
And I hope you do find out through normal circumstances, and not through something else, LOL!
You can’t miss it in your photo Hugh, but looking at the world today Hugh I just can’t!

Just visited your post, Willow. That’s a scary find you found.
Yes it’s amazing all made from plastic waste and found at
https://www.thesculpturepark.com/
Good to see they are putting plastic to good use instead of sending it to landfill.
Yes indeed Hugh it’s spectacular!
