    Good morning from India.
    Thank you very much for all the tips and helpful articles you are providing for beginners.
    As per your suggetion I added the Disclaimer & GDPR template to my Main Menu.

    I need one more help.
    My category section is in a mess now. Without knowing the steps to properway of organisation, I messed it up badly.
    I just want to limit it to 4 or 5.
    Can you guide me how to achieve this?

        1. It’s all about amalgamating those that are connected and creating sub-categories under them. For example, if I had the categories England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales, I’d create a new category, ‘The United Kingdom’, and add England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales as sub-categories.

          Also, turn some categories that you rarely use into tags and move those posts under another more used category. Ask yourself, what category would I look for if I was looking for this post.

          Of course, if you have any categories that are no longer being used, delete them.

  3. I was referred to you from Kate McClelland in regards to a issue I have been having with my hyperlink. She said you are a wiz at this kind of stuff!
    When I click it nothing happens. It like it was disabled or something. I have checked the forum, and I haven’t found anything in regards to this concern. I can’t even press the hyperlink button, it does nothing?
    Any advice? I have so many posts that require a hyperlink…I hate plagiarism, and I have at least 3 posts as drafts because I don’t want to submit them until my hyperlink is fixed!

    1. Hi Pinkspen, Chris, The Story Reading Ape, has answered your question over on his blog. I hope it helps. If not, then we are both at a loss and you’ll need to report the problem to the WordPress Happiness Engineers as it could be a problem with just your blog. I always find them very helpful when reporting problems.

    Are you participating in Blogging 201? I thought you might be. If not, one of our assignments is to pair up with another blogger and do guest posts on each others blogs once in awhile. I thought of you and Toby and I thought it might be fun to have our dogs become blogging buddies? What do you think? It’s ok if you aren’t interested I know how much we all have to do; life and blogging gets hectic so don’t feel obligated. What do you think?

    1. Hi Angie, yes I am. I loved the course and their advice has certainly helped me. I hope you have benefited from it as well? I already do guest posts on other blogs but nobody has ever asked me if they can do a guest post on my blog, so please, yes, I’d love you to write a guest post which I will post for you. Yes, sure Angie, but it may be a few weeks I’m afraid as I have been asked to do some book reviews by another blogger on his site, so I’m going to be reading a lot over the coming weeks, but I’ll certainly put something together for you and send it to you. In the meantime, write your post and send it to me as soon as you can. It’s a great idea you got and I like it 🙂
